Book Wyrm's Treasure is a spell scroll and book shop in the 19th, built into the ruins of an old library on Cinderspark Alley. The owner, Rishaal, sells spell scrolls and other books found in the repairs to fund the repair efforts, intending to make the library into a proper place of arcane study. Rishaal himself is a quiet, young gold Dragonborn man, easily flustered by new people but always happy for company in his studies.
He can source Wizard's ink and most spell components at base cost, and sells the following spells both as scrolls and for Wizards to copy (copying costs half the listed price, but the Wizard will also need to buy ink and arcane supplies as normal):

Upon request, he can also cast any of these spells for a fee equal to half the listed price, plus the cost of any components consumed by the spell. He can also cast the cantrips Mending and Prestidigitation if requested, for 2gp.
For Wizards who are looking to copy spells but are short on cash, Rishaal is often happy to swap spells with repeat customers, if they have anything particularly interesting or that would be of use to him.
