'The town that washes in and out with the tides'
The town furthest North on the Shimmering Depths Coast of the Elemental Shatters that's being rebuilt amidst the storms, as a comparatively 'safe' port that's still connected to the southern trade cities along the coast. Throughout its history, Leilon has been abandoned and rebuilt several times, and it remained in ruins until 6 months ago, when the storms closed every port further south. It was last abandoned as a small fishing town/minor trade stop, when the waters became impossible to traverse due to the lighthouse falling to ruin, and something unknown living on the islands in the bay causing ships to wreck on the rocks near the ports.
Leilon was the port used by Birdie, Cedar, and CH103 to reach the Elemental Shatters, with the help of Hilga Stormbearer and the crew of the Misty Step. This is also where they met Glimmer, and agreed to escort her and her giant jewel-horned goats south to Grandiosa
The local inn, The Shipwreck, rents refurbished rooms from old ruined houses in town to sailors and other travellers passing through. It's the main hub of the small community living here, and is ran by Isela, a cheery Water Genasi carpenter who's very committed to the ruins and restoring the town.
In the centre of town are the ruins of the lighthouse that once guided ships safely into the port here. Attempts to repair it are by forces sent by the Grand Duke of Grandiosa are under way, but they haven't been able to make any significant progress yet due to a spirit haunting the tower.
There's a shrine to Galleon near the shore that Samson, a trainee cleric from Moonport has been sent to repair, but due to theft of the shrine's central holy symbol (by Avarice), progress has been slowed.
