The gods of the Outlands are heroic figures of myth and legend, their stories still guiding the paths of the Outlands clans. The gods are worshipped as celestial figures that once, and still sometimes do, roam the Outlands. In their stories, they are largely nomadic, and their domains cover human actions and interactions with the land, rather than being of the land itself. There is no god of nature, instead there are many gods who knew how to interact with nature in different ways, that thrived in that harsh natural environment because of their unique heroic qualities. They understood that the Outlands was a living, shifting ecosystem, and its whims needed to be understood and respected in order to succeed, as they did.
Each god is followed by one or more clans, potentially focused on different aspects of their domains.
