CH103 Cogwright (she/her, pronouced Chloe) is a Forged, Way of the Messenger Monk played by Rain. She is from the 42nd district of The City and is the daughter of celebrity adventurer and inventor Zacceus Cogwright. She is 2 and 1/2 years old and has been adventuring with the New Horizons party for the last ~6 months. Chloe grew up as childhood friends and rivals with Birdie Deendroo, the apprentice to Ebanashi Deendroo, her father's former adventuring companion and ex-partner. They met Cedar and Ace while investigating a stolen prototype Forged core for Zacceus, and on an expedition to the Outlands met Kasvir, who she quickly became friends with.
On the journey back to the City, CH103 and the rest of the party encountered Xoth, a Githzerai monk from Limbo who fell from the sky. In return for helping him Planeshift home, he trained CH103 in psionic focus and fighting techniques, which she continues to hone as she works on focusing her mind.
CH103 is a member of the Messenger's Order, and has delivered many packages both in the City and beyond. On a delivery to the Elemental Shatters CH103 was kidnapped by Lord Gregory Cinderblade, a young Fire Giant noble, and his mother, Lady Cinderblade, where she was kept as his jester. She escaped while they stayed in a Frost Giant castle on an icy peak northwest of Port de la Lune, though she still keeps in contact with him through a Sending Stone. After reuniting with her friends, CH103 completed her delivery to Vizera, where she made an enemy of the Adult Red Dragon Zervozenaz, the Light that brings the Dark, who she survived stealing from by nimbly avoiding her attacks and entangling her with her net. Both the dragon and the giants vowed that they would see CH103, who told them where she was from and who her father was, again to take their revenge.
While in the Shatters, CH103 and the rest of the party had to confront Cedar about Avarice, the cursed sword that was corrupting him. After a chase and physical confrontation, Kasvir was forced to cut CH103's arm off as Avarice wrapped around it like a gauntlet, attempting to influence CH103. When Cedar and Avarice left the group, they took CH103's severed arm with them.
Since then, CH103 has found her psionic mage hand unconsciously filling in for her missing arm, and is looking to contact Xoth in Limbo to ask for help focusing it into a true psionic replacement for her arm.
