Wildflower's Bloom is a potion and herbalist's shop on Cinderspark Alley in the 19th. It's run by Fala Lefaliir, who has brought new life to the greenhouse of an old dilapidated manor house, converting it into a verdant garden and shop, letting the plants grow wild across the ruins. Fala was one of the first to settle on Cinderspark Alley, and their sunny demeanor quickly put them at the heart of the community, sharing fruits and remedies with the rest of the alley. The striking contrast of the shop's verdant greens and beautiful flowers against the browns and greys of the 19th make it all the more noticable, at the centre of the alley. Fala themselves is a half-halfling half-satyr druid, using their magic to help nature spread through the cracks in the cobbles, bringing life back to the ruins. She brews potions both to share with the people around her and to help fund repairs to the manor house, so that she can offer rooms to people.
Fala sells the following potions, as well as Healer's Kits (5gp), various fruits from their garden (1sp each), sapplings of many different plants (price varies between 1 and 15gp) and non-magical herbal draughts (1-5gp):

Wildflower Compost is Fala's homemade plant growth enricher, infused with druidic magic to encourage rapid growth. It can be spread over the course of 10 minutes to encourage rapid growth in a plant, causing it to reach maturity, grow tall and wild, or bear fruit immediately. When used in this way, there is enough fertiliser for 1d4+2 applications. Alternatively, the rest of the bag can be thrown as an action to produce the immediate effect of the Plant Growth spell at a point within 150ft (this works even in city terrain where there is no obvious plant life, but the area affected by the spell becomes only a 50ft radius).
